Package 1

Weekly inspection - to comprise airing, emptying dehumidifiers and checking security
Weekly property status report emailed to owners, and logged on site
Checking and forwarding of mail at property
Payment of bills
24hr emergency call out number
Obtaining quotes for any work required

Prices start from €55 per month.

As for Package 1, plus:

*All costs for the delivery of these services are charged at cost.

Prices start from €75 per month.
